Good hotel if all you need is the basics. It is tucked away and very quiet. AC worked well on a very hot night. Room was clean, but hallway had dirt tracked throughout. Lots of construction workers are staying here. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Very nice hotel. Rooms clean, and well maintained. People at front desk were friendly, and helpful. Only issue I had with it was there were only 3 handicapped parking spots, and the main lot was on the small side.
Recently stayed at Suburban Studios (08/16-08/17) and we were very pleased with our accommodations. The room was clean with clean linens on our bed. Bathroom was clean. It was a busy weekend (move-in week at WVU) but we didn't wait long for check in. The staff is friendly and attentive. The only very minor issue we encountered is it is a little further away from WVU, Mountaineer Field, University Towne Center, etc., but it's only a 10-15 minute drive. We will be staying here any time we go to Morgantown.

We spent two nights at this hotel. Honestly, it was the two best nights of sleep I've had in a long time. The location is odd. You can see the hotel but there is no "street" to get to it. The staff was nice, but the front desk os not manned 24/7. Or at least it wasn't when we were there. It is an extended stay hotel so no breakfast and no pool, but they also didn't come and clean our room or even give us new towels each day.
